It manages meta data, extracts and integrates meta data, which are distributed by systems, and supports standardized management system to manage such data. System Architecture
  1. MS-Base
    As a Java-based framework for managing MetaData that is a core element for developing products, it is a key solution for linking UI with servers and comprehensively managing batch and scheduling. And it includes meta repository for storing meta information.
  2. MS-Broker
    As a batch that manages meta information, its key functions include collecting, distributing and scheduling meta information. It collects and manages database and model information as well as meta information, such as ETL, OLAP and XML. It distributes meta-managed contents based on standardized interface.
  3. MS-Base-UI
    In order to deliver to users, meta information is provided to Web-based UI, and meta information is effectively provided to users as its major functions include management of standardization, models, database, system and linkage.

MetaStream™ manages overall meta data lifecycle, including meta data extraction, standardized elements management, mapping management, standardized monitoring and provision of statistics.

Standardized elements management It comprehensively manages standardized words, domains, terms and codes, and it also manages non-standardized elements in meta systems by supporting changed processes for managing changes and by separately managing non-standardized terms.
Model management It supports management of models and processes in connection with various modeling tools (Er-win, power designer, SA and DA#). It also supports index management and DDL production.
Database It extracts and manages DB MetaData existing in diverse databases, and it provides information on impact analysis and change management.
Transfer management It supports meta information transfer processes as part of configuration management based on development server, test server and operation server in the identical system.
Quality management For data quality management based on meta-data information, it supports management of standard information, verification, quality test results and maintenance.
